Reed Education are delighted to be working with a creative and forward-thinking secondary school in Northampton as they look to appoint a passionate, innovative, and dedicated Art Teacher on a full-time permanent basis from September.
The Role
The successful Art Teacher will:
* Teach Art across KS3–KS4, with KS5 available depending on experience
* Deliver imaginative, engaging lessons that promote creativity and technical development
* Support pupils in exploring a diverse range of artistic media, styles, and techniques
* Contribute to curriculum planning, whole-school arts events, exhibitions, and enrichment
* Work collaboratively within a vibrant Performing & Visual Arts faculty

What We’re Looking For
* Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for visual arts
* Creativity, enthusiasm, and the ability to inspire learners
* Strong classroom management and organisational skills
* QTS or equivalent qualification desirable, but not essential
