Job Description:

We are seeking a forward-thinking Business Systems Project Manager to lead technology projects across our production sites, including ERP and MES implementations, automation, and traceability solutions. You will collaborate with production, engineering, sustainability, and IT teams to translate vision into actionable project plans, manage delivery, and ensure impactful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
* Lead planning and delivery of digital and tech projects to enhance production capabilities and efficiency.
* Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
* Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
* Ensure tech solutions meet food manufacturing standards, including compliance and sustainability.
* Support rollout of systems like ERP, MES, SCADA, and digital quality tools.
* Report progress, risks, and ROI to senior stakeholders.
* Facilitate understanding and success during and after implementation.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years experience managing digital transformation or tech projects.
Hours of Work:
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm core hours.
