This is a unique opportunity for second \/ third year university student to gain real-world experience in CBIA, working alongside a knowledgeable team who will support and mentor you throughout your journey.At Haleon, CBIA is all about understanding consumers and marketing effectiveness, conducting research, analysing data, and helping shape our sales and business performance and strategies.As part of this team, youplay a key role in helping us understand Oral Health market dynamics, consumer needs, and the performance of our innovations and marketing campaigns to drive growth across our portfolio of well known brands & categories Sensodyne, Parodontax, Aquafresh and Dental Appliance Care.The CBIA team works globally, which means you'll need to build strong relationships with teams from different countries and understand various data sources and market trends.During your placement, youhave the opportunity to:Collaborate with global and local teams across Haleon, including Marketing, R&D and external research agency partners, to deliver impactful insights.Supporting the training of insight & marketing teams, helping them integrate new tools and methods into their workflows.Managing projects like market research, data analysis, and stakeholder communications.Gather information and take briefs from key stakeholders, and write clear and concise research summaries.Using digital research tools, video platforms and AI to monitor market trends and social activity.Identify valuable marketing insights and provide recommendations based on market research, focusing on innovation, marketing strategy, communication.Assisting with embedding KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of our marketing activity.Education Requirements:We welcome applications from all degree disciplines however, degrees in Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, Business, Psychology, or Social Sciences are particularly advantageous for this placement.If you are studying for your Undergraduate Degree, you must be in your 2nd year of study (England) or 3rd year of study (Scotland) and seeking to complete a year in industry in partnership with your university.Role Start Date: July 2026Benefits:Salary of per yearHealth & wellbeing programmes to support your physical and mental healthYou will join IP Unite, Haleoncommunity for students run by students to support charity events, sports clubs, STEM outreach and many more exciting projectsApplication Process:The application process has a total of up to 4 stages:Application information will be required regarding your education and Right to Work.Online Assessment you will be asked to complete a behaviour based online assessment\/interview.One-Way Video Interview selected you receive a link to complete an online interview focusing on your motivation for joining Haleon and what transferrable skills you will bring to the role.
