About the Opportunity
Hinduja Leyland Finance Ltd is inviting applications for the position of Legal Officer – Commercial Vehicle Portfolio & LOS Recovery. This role involves handling recovery-related litigation, arbitration matters, and legal compliance for the commercial vehicle portfolio. Local candidates are preferred.
Eligibility Criteria
* LL.B. (3-year or 5-year course)
* Minimum 2 years of relevant legal experience
* Strong experience in arbitration proceedings
* Knowledge of NI Act Section 138
* Experience in handling EP cases, consumer cases, and criminal matters
* Ability to manage police complaints and customer visits
* Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
* Professional attitude and ability to work independently
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
* Managing legal matters related to commercial vehicle portfolio and recovery
* Handling arbitration proceedings and NI Act matters
* Managing EP cases, consumer cases, and criminal matters
* Coordinating customer visits and recovery-related tasks
* Handling police complaints and related documentation
* Supporting legal compliance and documentation work
Stipend
CTC up to ₹25,000 + attractive incentives
