£19.87 per hour Monday - Friday (Full Time) Based in Swindon - Hybrid Temporary - 6 weeks Tate are working with a leading public organisation that champions the protection and celebration of the nation's historic environment. They are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join on a temporary basis, working for a 6 week period. You will be working within the central HR Team, with key responsibilities including: Manage a caseload of complex issues including sickness, performance management and grievances. Handle general HR queries from managers and staff. Deliver coaching and training to managers on people management. Undertake Occupational Health referrals. Provide support at meetings (including minute‑taking). Support managers to resolve issuesSkills / Experience: Experience managing a personal caseload of complex HR issues. Strong coaching and influencing skills to help managers reach pragmatic solutions. Ability to build effective relationships and promote fairness, innovation and learning. Excellent analytical and investigative skills. Confident communicator, open and collaborative.
