Job Description
We are seeking an experiencedConsultantPsychiatrist to join our client in Nottinghamshire, delivering high-quality, patient-centred care within an established adult mental health service. In this key role, you will lead on expert psychiatric assessments, diagnoses, and treatments while working closely with a multidisciplinary team to manage complex presentations, support rehabilitation pathways, and contribute to ongoing service development.

Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive psychiatric assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for adult patients.
* Work collaboratively with MDT colleagues (including psychologists, nurses, and allied health professionals) to ensure safe, effective care.
* Support rehabilitation-focused care and complex case management where required.
* Offer clinical leadership, contributing to quality improvement and service development initiatives.
* Supervise junior medical staff and participate in clinical meetings and MDT reviews.
