Job Description
As a Data Analyst, you will play a vital role in transforming data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and drive operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
* Collecting, analysing, and interpreting core Service KPI data to enhance current reporting and develop actionable recommendations.
* Conducting detailed analysis of product repairs and failures to determine root causes, failure mechanisms, time to failure, components at fault, and financial impact.
* Performing total product profitability and service cost analysis to support commercial and sales strategies.
* Preparing monthly financial and volume-based management reports for the Board and Head Office.
* Analyse spare parts usage and trends highlighting any anomalies back to the business
* Delivering monthly reporting on service and sales KPIs, while designing innovative dashboards and reports to identify key issues and improvement opportunities.
* Investigating failure trends and contributing to robust quality claims when failure thresholds are exceeded.
* Leading initiatives to streamline reporting and implement smarter, more efficient data solutions.
* Other ad hoc tasks per requirement.
