Post No. POSN002496 - Teaching Assistant Level 2 - Rogerstone Primary The children, staff and Governors of Rogerstone Primary School are seeking to appoint a kind, friendly and supportive L2 teaching assistant. The successful candidate will take up post on 01.9.2026 You will provide support for the class teacher, support for identified pupils, support for the curriculum, meeting intimate care needs and support for the school (as per appropriate Job description). Ideally you will have some experience of working with children in a school setting as well as experience of supporting children with additional needs. Holidays must be taken during school closure periods. The appointment process will involve an interview with members of the school leadership team and a selection of Governors. This position is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (1974) and is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS).
