Overview
Alperton Community School, a large mixed 11-18 academy, is seeking a Partnership Facilitator to work with 90 students at risk of becoming NEET. The role is part of a collaboration between Young Brent Foundation, US Charitable Trust and the Jason Roberts Foundation, aimed at empowering young girls, enhancing their dedication to learning and creating community role models.
Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day support to 90 students, ensuring they progress through workshops, mentoring, trips, skill-building activities and other opportunities offered by partner organisations.
* Monitor and track students’ behaviour, attendance, punctuality, attainment and wellbeing.
* Communicate effectively between the partnership, students, staff, and families, ensuring all parties are aware of available opportunities.
* Ensure students fully capitalize on programmes and report progress to stakeholders.
* Maintain accurate records and report on student outcomes.
* Support staff and families under pressure and proactively address issues.
Qualifications & Preferred Experience
* Motivated, enthusiastic, disciplined, committed and passionate with excellent communication skills.
* Organised and experienced in working collaboratively with students and families.
* Able to act as a positive role model and work under pressure.
* Experience in education or youth support environments is desirable.
* Acceptance of an Enhanced and Barred Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and registration.
