Your duties and responsibilities will be
Oversee and integrate design activities throughout tender and pre-construction phases to ensure cohesive submission development
Coordinate multidisciplinary design inputs, driving alignment with technical requirements, scope, and client expectations
Collaborate with bid, commercial, planning, and delivery teams to produce coordinated and buildable proposals
Manage communication with internal teams, external consultants, and client representatives, including handling technical queries and information requests
Assess design solutions for compliance, practicality, cost-effectiveness, and innovation while identifying and mitigating technical risksYou will have the following qualifications and experience
Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline
Proven experience managing design during tender or pre-construction stages within major infrastructure or civil engineering projects
Strong track record of coordinating multidisciplinary design teams and overseeing external consultants
Solid understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and project delivery considerations within bid environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making and drive outcomesGet in touch now
