About The Role
What you'll be doing:
1. Joining a small team of 4-6 staff members.
2. Delivering a great customer experience.
3. Working up to 27 hours per week.
4. Explaining technical equipment in an understandable manner.
5. Offering honest advice and building rapport with customers.
6. Exceeding customer expectations and reassuring them when overwhelmed by choices.
7. Working collaboratively to achieve challenging sales targets.
What you'll need — skills and experience:
1. Previous experience in selling technical products.
2. Experience in a retail customer service environment.
3. Experience in dealing with customers.
4. Practical knowledge of some or all of our product range.
5. Strong accuracy and numeracy skills.
6. Basic computer literacy.
7. Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
