Creative Content Producer
Here at Human Appeal we have an exciting opportunity for a Creative Content Producer to join our team based in our Head Office, in Cheadle, Greater Manchester. You will join us on a full-time basis as part of an initial 1-year fixed term contract with a view to progressing into a permanent role.
Human Appeal is a faith-based charity that aims to abolish poverty by providing humanitarian aid, sustainable development programs and championing advocacy for our beneficiaries worldwide.
As the Creative Content Producer, the successful candidate will work with the creative team to create, plan and deliver a strategic vision for clients. You work alongside a world class team of internal and external creative resources to ensure that our creative is brilliantly executed, aligned with our brand guidelines and the needs of our clients, as well as bringing a mix of inspirational creativity to take Human Appeal’s campaigns and project output to the next level, with a focus on gaining market share and defending our current position in an increasingly competitive marketplace.We are ideally looking to appoint somebody immediately to this role.

Key duties and responsibilities of the Creative Content Producer:
7. Produce high-quality, engaging content in various formats (text, graphics, video, audio) tailored to specific platforms and target audiences.
8. Oversee the entire content production process, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards. Coordinate with internal and external content creators.
9. Stay updated with new content creation tools, platforms, and trends to innovate content presentation and engagement strategies continuously.
What we’re looking for in our Creative Content Producer:
10. Degree (or equivalent) in Art, Design / Creative / Graphic Design, Marketing, Production and Brand Management, or relevant experience
11. Essential: 2 years + experience in a similar role
12. Experience using project management tools,. Asana
13. Strong understanding of effective Creative Design practices, trends, techniques, and processes across various touchpoints or mediums (. packaging, in-store, print, direct)
14. A passion for charity and humanitarian work.
15. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
16. High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook, Adobe & Internet applications
17. Advanced MAC programme skills
18. English essential. Knowledge of additional languages such as Arabic/Urdu/Bengali/Gujarati/ Hindi/Punjabi an advantage.
