The Boeing Company is seeking an experienced professional to serve as an F-15 Radar Engineer (Level 3) on the Boeing Air Dominance Sensors & Special Program Team located in Berkeley, MO. You will provide technical engineering and data analysis support across multiple domestic and international F-15 Radar development programs.
Position Responsibilities
1. Deliver technical excellence throughout all F-15 Radar developments.
2. Provide technical support for interfacing with the Radar Supplier.
3. Review and approve technical approaches and products.
4. Collaborate closely with technical leads, project leads, and other impacted teams.
5. Support data analysis to validate Technical Performance Measures (TPMs).
6. Ensure mission success and prompt resolution of anomalies through technical support.
7. Develop requirements for the Radar supplier to meet customer needs.
8. Participate in Radar Configuration Control Boards (CCB), Design Reviews, and customer technical meetings.
9. Support practices to meet program cost, schedule, and quality goals.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite at one of the listed locations.
Security Clearance Requirement: The ability to obtain a US Security Clearance is required. U.S. Citizenship is a condition of employment. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science from an accredited institution.
* 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 3+ years with a Master’s, or equivalent experience with a PhD.
* Experience with avionics or electronics hardware/software systems.
* Experience with data analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in Radar systems analysis, modeling, simulation, design, and testing.
* Proficiency with MATLAB.
Additional Details
Education/Experience Level: Typically requires advanced technical education (e.g., Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD) and related work experience.

Shift: 1st shift.
Salary Range: $96,050 - $129,950.
