We're in an exciting period of global growth and we're looking for the right person to lead our sales in the UK. What you'll be doing in a nutshell: Lead the learning partner team (sales team) in the UK Develop and execute a sales and marketing strategy. Report on progress against the strategy and targets Be accountable for revenue targets and a sales pipeline in the UK Identify sales opportunities, and track these through to sales Write proposal responses Manage key client relationships/accounts Lead client meetings Represent Wavelength/Cognition in proposal presentations, industry events, and other client functions Who are we looking for: You will be customer focused and passionate about growth, business development and quality outcomes. You are excited by the prospect of leveraging your extensive experience, expertise and networks to build a new business in the UK. Someone who has already successfully led a sales team in a related business in the public or private sectors. You will have solid and proven business development experience in the corporate sector. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to communicate effectively and persuasively to a wide range of audiences both internally and externally.
