You’ll be the go-to person for building strong partnerships, finding smart learning solutions, and making sure our services hit the mark.
Experience of training and competence systems.
Experience in managing non-technical projects, including stakeholder coordination.
Familiarity with the engineering construction sector or a related industry, particularly in a skills or training capacity.
Exposure to coaching or mentoring activities within a team environment.
Awareness of risk management principles and practices.
Knowledge of the 1991 Industrial Training Board Order.
