Job Title: Care Assistant (Salaried)

Responsibilities
* Provide high‑quality care tailored to each person’s individual needs
* Assist with personal care (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming)
* Help with meal preparation, nutrition, and overall dietary support
* Support with medication, prescriptions, and safe disposal
* Carry out light housework such as tidying, laundry, and general cleaning
* Be a dependable, friendly, familiar face for all the customers you care for

Requirements
* Kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care
* Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes (must be insured for business use)
* Must live locally in Oxford, South or West Oxfordshire
* Previous care experience beneficial but not a necessity; full training will be provided
