About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate Spa Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of our boutique spa at Keswick Reach Lodge Retreat, one of Darwin Escapes’ luxury holiday destinations located on the edge of the Lake District.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in a spa or beauty environment who is ready to take the next step into a supervisory role. You’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional guest experiences, supporting the team, and ensuring the spa runs smoothly.
This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week across variable days, including weekends and bank holidays.

About The Role
Role Responsibilities:
As Spa Supervisor, you will support the daily operation of the spa, helping to deliver high standards of service while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing experience for every guest.
Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering high quality beauty treatments in line with your qualifications
* Supporting the day-to-day running of the spa and maintaining high standards
* Supervising and supporting the spa team on shift
* Assisting with bookings, rotas and daily spa operations
* Promoting spa treatments, packages and retail products
* Supporting stock control and ordering of products
* Ensuring spa cleanliness, hygiene and health & safety standards are maintained
Handling guest enquiries and resolving any concerns professionally
About you:
* To be successful in this role you will have:
* NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
* Previous experience working in a spa or beauty environment
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
* Confidence supporting and guiding a team
