* Be aware of and observe all policies, procedures, working practices and regulations, and particularly comply with policies relating to Equal Opportunities, Health and Safety, Confidentiality, Data Protection and Financial Regulations, reporting any concerns to an appropriate person.
* Comply with all reasonable management requests.
* Have a degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
* Have proven experience delivering multiple, high-quality campaigns for internal products or services across a variety of channels.
* Be expert proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Dreamweaver).
* Have an impressive portfolio showcasing creative excellence in print, digital, and branded design, including literature, videos and animations, event collateral, infographics, iconography and other multimedia assets.
* Have a deep understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, brand development and consistent brand application.
* Be able to translate complex information into clear, engaging and visually compelling content.
* Show exceptional attention to detail, with excellent time management and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Prove ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
* Have excellent communication skills, with the ability and confidence to liaise and build relationships with colleagues at all levels across the organisation.
* Show a commitment to the vision and mission of the National Institute of Teaching, and equality, diversity and inclusion.
* Have previous experience of working in a remote team where key stakeholders are based across the country.
