Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions Office Job Description The IT Director, IT Financial Management & Investment Governance is accountable for end-to-end governance, transparency, and accuracy of IT financials across CRG IT. This role is an IT leadership position, accountable for financial discipline as a core enabler of effective technology strategy, delivery, and operations. This includes ownership of Run-the-Engine (RTE) operating spend, IT investment funding, and the financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes that support them. This role establishes enterprise-aligned financial standards, operating models, and reporting for CRG IT, working closely with divisional IT leaders, IT cost center owners, Corporate Finance, and IT Center partners. Unlike the PMO Governance role, this position leads a dedicated IT financial management team responsible for execution as well as governance. DESCRIPTION: Join us as an IT Director and contribute to advancing technological innovation across clinical research operations. You'll lead systems development and IT operations, providing strategic direction for functional areas. Working with our PPD® Laboratory Services team, you'll ensure the delivery of effective IT solutions that support scientific innovations and improve patient health outcomes globally. In this role, you'll direct cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and oversee departmental budgets while ensuring IT priorities align with business objectives. You'll serve as a key advisor to business functions on technology capabilities, regulatory compliance, and future technology trends. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining high service standards, coordinating IT participation in audits, and developing both your team and technical solutions that advance our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
