Job Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Maximise every member and guest's experience in our club.
* Support the sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
* Contribute to the cleaning and hygiene standards of the club as required.
* Act as a competent key holder, covering shifts as needed.
* Maintain a good understanding of the membership software system.
* Stay updated with current Fitness Challenges, Class descriptions, and gym floor focus; participate actively.
* Support the Fitness Manager with Gym Floor activities.
* Experience the products and services on offer.
* Ensure the cleanliness of facilities exceeds expectations through active involvement in upkeep, supported by the team.
* Drive secondary spend KPI targets.
* Handle member complaints competently and inform the relevant manager.
Qualifications
Need to be:
* Outgoing, positive personality
* Competent with administrative duties
* Driven, ambitious, eager to learn and develop
* Willing to participate in learning and development opportunities
* Able to perform operational key holder duties when required
* Passionate about fitness, administration, and customer service
* Flexible to work shifts and support the team as needed
* Target-focused to support sales and retention goals
