We need strong Technical Project / Programme Management experience within Investment Banking or Global Markets. We require experience operating as a hybrid PM / Business Analyst / Delivery Lead. We need a strong understanding of Market Risk concepts, including VaR, stress testing, sensitivities, PnL explain, and risk analytics. We require experience delivering data-heavy platforms involving governance, lineage, controls, and reconciliations. We need the ability to manage complex stakeholder environments across Risk, Quants, Trading, Data, and Technology teams. We require a strong understanding of user workflows, process optimisation, and issue resolution within Risk platforms. We need experience delivering within Agile environments, including RAID management, governance, dependencies, and steering committees. We require intermediate Python skills. Responsibilities: We will rely on you to manage end-to-end delivery of market risk and data platforms. We expect you to facilitate stakeholder engagement across Front Office, Risk, Quant, and Technology teams. We want you to help shape solutions involving large-scale data generation, governance, controls, reconciliation, and workflow optimisation. We need you to operate across Business, Risk, and Technology teams as a hybrid PM and BA. We expect you to drive delivery across complex, data-intensive programmes. We will look to you to manage Agile delivery activities, including RAID, dependencies, governance, and steering committee support.
