Senior Support Worker - Lyndale, Hereford (HR1). Salary: £13.45 to £15.05 per hour. Shift patterns: 06:45‑14:15PM, 13:45‑21:15PM.
About Lyndale
Lyndale is a Hereford‑based residential service that supports individuals with mental health needs, learning disabilities and autism. The service accommodates up to 10 adults, delivering personalised support and promoting independence in all aspects of daily life. Residents enjoy community activities such as cinema, seaside trips, lunches, shopping and appointments as required.
Responsibilities
* Manage a team of Support Workers
* Provide high standards of care and support for service users in line with care and support plans
* Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
* Accurately report, record and maintain records as required by care plans
* Liaise with health professionals and their families
* Complete supervisions and audits
* Ensure that all duties undertaken by reporting staff are performed to required standards and contribute positively to a happy, efficient and homely atmosphere within the home
