Client
A top UK law firm with an ambitious, collaborative culture that drives the business
Role
* Supporting the Partners and team with high-quality work for a wide range of clients
* Working on property investment acquisitions and disposals, acting for buyers and sellers
* Acting for landlords and tenants re: grant of new business leases on existing/newly constructed properties
* Due diligence supporting real estate finance and corporate transactions
* General management work including surrenders, asset management licences, easements and lease renewals
You
* NQ - 2 years PQE in commercial property/real estate
* Experience of property management and development an advantage
* Excellent communication, problem-solving and drafting skills
