In this role, you will manage all aspects of project costs, both new and ongoing, ensuring projects stay within budget. You will collaborate with senior team members to ensure the financial and commercial success of each project.
This position is ideal for a Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the Civil Engineering public sector who can hit the ground running, while being part of one of the most exciting Civil Engineering companies in South Wales.

2. Material Take-offs and On-site Measurements
3. Supplier and Subcontractor Evaluation
4. Contract Administration
5. Cost Monitoring and Reporting
6. Procurement Support
7. Record Keeping
8. Site Visits
THE PERSON
* Quantity Surveyor with civil engineering public sector experience.
* 3-5 years' experience minimum.
* Based in South Wales.
