This role is perfect for someone who loves uncovering customer needs, testing new product flows, and shaping intuitive, seamless purchase journeys.Experience Required:Fluent Polish speaker with excellent English communication skills.Proven experience conducting user research for digital products (ideally within ecommerce or retail).Strong expertise in mixed-methods research (qual + quant).Ability to plan, run, and synthesise studies independently.Experience researching checkout flows, payments, conversion journeys, or friction points - DesirableComfortable presenting findings to stakeholders at all levels.Detail-oriented, curious, and user-obsessed.Responsibilities:Conduct user interviews, usability tests, surveys, and diary studies with Polish-speaking users.Lead research across multiple touchpoints of the checkout experience (guest checkout, payment options, delivery selection, account creation, etc.)Use insights to guide product decisions, create hypotheses, and validate new feature concepts.Turn complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams.Collaborate with designers and product managers to ensure customer needs are embedded throughout the product lifecycle.Work with analytics teams to blend qualitative and quantitative research for a full-picture view
