Vision for Education are recruiting for a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join Baginton Fields School in Coventry from September.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialist setting that is undergoing significant expansion and development. The school is looking for teachers who want to grow with the provision long-term and be part of an evolving, supportive and ambitious team with excellent opportunities for progression.
Baginton Fields supports students with a range of additional needs including:
• Autism (ASC)
• Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)
• Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)
• Profound & Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
The school is open to applications from both Early Career Teachers and experienced teachers. Previous SEN experience is welcomed, but the most important quality is a genuine passion for supporting children and young people with additional needs and making a positive impact on their lives.
The Role
The successful candidate will:
• Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual student needs
• Create a safe, nurturing and structured learning environment
• Support students’ communication, emotional development and independence
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists and pastoral staff
• Build strong, positive relationships with students and families
• Encourage confidence, engagement and progress at every level
This role would suit teachers who are patient, adaptable, creative and relationship-focused.
