Salary | £24,000 – £26,000 (dependant on experience)
Overview
As part of our partnership with Openreach, which operates the UK’s largest fibre broadband network, we are committed to delivering quarterly target homes passed (THP) in numerous areas. The Civils Planner is responsible for monitoring and updating schedules for civil engineering works. This role ensures that all activities are planned efficiently, resources are allocated appropriately, and timelines are met across the project.
Responsibilities
* Identify potential delays and risks early in the planning phase
* Strategies, to keep our project on track
* Attend planning meetings with our suppliers
Experience and skills
* Scheduling and Planning experience
* Excellent communication, both verbally and written
* Be adaptable and flexible in your approach to work
* Organisational skills
* Ability to work well under pressure, ensure deadlines are met and manage business expectations
* Strong understanding of Excell
* Ability to communicate effectively with multiple teams
* Excellent problem-solving skills
