You will have full responsibility for leading the end-to-end process for all leadership, management, and support services vacancies across the business. You will engage with key stakeholders and hiring managers to create an action plan ensuring all vacancies are filled. You should have recruitment experience and thrive in a candidate-led, high-value market. You know how to manage longer hiring processes, engage passive talent, and balance multiple vacancies simultaneously. Building strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner, and ensuring a smooth hiring process from start to finish are essential skills.

Minimum requirements include:
* Experience leading recruiting processes for leadership, management, and support roles (such as finance, human resources, business development, etc.)
* Demonstrable headhunting skills using LinkedIn and other talent sourcing tools to attract great talent
* A strong focus on performance and results
* The ability to build effective working relationships at all levels and be a great team player
* Competent user of Applicant Tracking Systems
* Proactive, positive, and resilient attitude
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to work autonomously
* Excellent communication skills to manage and anticipate expectations
