Location: Bradford, BD1 4QU with requirement to travel between service locations. This role can be carried out in a hybrid capacity.

Role Overview
Are you a passionate leader ready to make a difference? We’re seeking a Service Manager for our Adults and Older Adults team, overseeing Community Companions and Wellbeing services. Community Companions is volunteer-led, offering early intervention befriending and group support. Our Wellbeing service supports individuals with severe mental illness to maintain independence and community connections.
Role Purpose
You will lead the delivery and development of mental health services, managing a team of Coordinators, Practitioners, Community Link Workers, and Volunteers. Your focus will be on service performance, engagement, and innovation, ensuring standards are met and services are effective.

* Lead project delivery aligning with organizational goals
* Foster a high-performing team through clear communication and proactive problem-solving
* Promote inclusion, diversity, and equity in service delivery
* Enhance the organization’s public image
* Support out-of-hours staff coverage
