Salary: Up to £35,000, depending on experience.

As they continue to expand, they are looking for a talented Newly Qualified Architect to join the team and contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects.
Key Responsibilities for this Newly Qualified Architect role:
Assist in the design and development of projects from initial concept through to detailed design, planning, and construction phases.
Prepare architectural drawings, plans, and presentations using CAD, BIM, and other design software.
Collaborate with senior architects, designers, and consultants to ensure design solutions are functional, aesthetic, and meet client requirements.
Participate in project meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors, providing input and assisting in resolving design and technical issues.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure projects are being executed according to design specifications and standards.
Assist in the preparation of planning applications, technical documentation, and construction detailing.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, building regulations, and sustainable design practices.
Requirements for this Newly Qualified Architect role:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Recently qualified Architect.
Proficiency in Revit.
Strong design and visualisation skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
