Care Manager The Farthings Nursing Home, FY5 1RF £17.00–£20.00 per hour 40 Hours Per Week / Full time This is an opportunity to step into a visible leadership role within a well-supported nursing home where you’ll have real influence over the day-to-day running of the service and the development of your team. You’ll work closely with the Home Manager and Clinical Lead, taking ownership of the care team while helping shape a positive, quality-led culture throughout the home. You’ll be part of a structured leadership team with clear support across the home, including a Clinical Lead overseeing the nursing team and two Team Leaders supporting the care team. You’ll play a key part in the day-to-day leadership of the service, supporting operational oversight, maintaining standards, and helping create an environment where both residents and staff feel genuinely supported. The role You’ll support the overall running of the home alongside the Home Manager and Clinical Lead, leading the care team and ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered consistently across the service.
