Job Description
3. Purchase Ledger & Sales Ledger Administration
4. Process and prepare financial and business forms for the purpose of checking account balances, facilitating purchases, etc.
5. Help oversee and manage individual accounts
6. Create, send, and follow up on invoices
7. Review and adhere to department budgets
8. Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets
9. Assist the team in creating financial reports if required
10. Adhere to the company's financial policies and procedures
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Administrator should have:
11. A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
12. Exposure in a similar role would be advantageous
13. Excellent mathematical skills
14. Understanding of data privacy standards
15. Integrity and honesty
16. Knowledge of financial software
17. Organisational skills
18. Attention to detail
