As a Marketing Assistant you’ll be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and optimisation of our marketing activities. You’ll help create engaging content, coordinate campaigns, assist with social media platforms, update our CRM and website, assist with events, and provide valuable insights through reporting and analytics to support the wider marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support generation of high-quality sales leads through multi‑channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline platforms.
* Maintain and enhance marketing data quality, ensuring accurate segmentation and effective use of CRM and analytics tools.
* Create engaging visual and written content, including graphics, photography, and video, to support campaigns and the brand.
* Measure, analyse, and report on marketing performance, providing insights to guide future activity.
* Support online advertising activities, including paid campaigns, SEO initiatives, and performance optimisation.
* Support your Manager with product and service development by gathering, analysing, and sharing market insights and customer feedback.
* Enhance the overall customer experience by ensuring consistent, high‑quality communications and touchpoints.
* Facilitate access to essential marketing assets for business stakeholders (webpages, presentations, images, videos, product specifications, etc.).
* Coordinate and support events such as exhibitions, open days, webinars, and industry award submissions.
* Merchandise planning and procurement.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
* A college‑level education or equivalent (degree helpful but not essential) ideally in marketing or a related field.
* Excellent communication skills and confident writing skills.
* Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Quick learner with a proactive, can‑do attitude and strong problem‑solving abilities.
* Comfortable learning new software and digital tools!
* Ideally some familiarity with Adobe/Canva and an interest in interior design or technology (not essential).
