MASH QSW
Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting assessments of children and families in need of support and protection.
* Collaborating with partner agencies to develop and implement effective safeguarding plans.
* Providing expert advice and support to colleagues and stakeholders on safeguarding matters.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
* Participating in regular team meetings and case discussions to ensure best practices.
Qualifications and skills required:
* A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
* Registration with Social Work England.
* Experience working in children’s social services, preferably within a MASH or safeguarding context.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload.
