Teaching Assistant Location: Hedge End Contract: Part Time and Full Time Start Date: January 2026 As a Teaching Assistant, you will: Support pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 to help them reach their learning goals. Provide targeted small-group and one-to-one support where needed. Assist teachers with lesson preparation, classroom organisation, and resource creation. Help maintain a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment. Encourage pupils to develop confidence, independence, and a love of learning. Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored learning support. We’re looking for someone who is: Experienced in supporting children in a school or childcare setting (experience across the primary key stages is desirable).
