We are looking for a passionate Social Media Growth Manager / Creator Lead to help build our beauty education platform across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
This is a fully remote role focused on organic growth strategy, creator management and long-term brand building.
You’ll work directly with the core team to help shape the direction, aesthetic and long-term image of the brand as we grow. We're a young team and are all invested in the brand.
For us, attitude, ownership and genuine belief in the brand matter just as much as experience. We’re looking for someone excited by the opportunity to help build something meaningful from the ground up and be a part of a huge vision. That said, we are specifically looking for applicants whose skill set already closely matches the scope of the role, whether through previous brand-side/agency experience or through having successfully built and grown your own personable brand.
This is not a typical 9–5 role. We are all accessible at weekends, even if just whatsapp communication and brainstorming etc. You will have total freedom as to where you want to work in the world, as long as your time zone is fairly stable.

What You’ll Be Doing
Manage multiple content creator workflows
Review creator series and identify low-performing content
Develop new hooks, angles, and repeatable content series
Help shape the aesthetic, visual identity, and tone of the brand
Analyse trends in reach, engagement, and follower growth
Run weekly creator calls focused on performance improvements
Monitor high-performing beauty and DTC pages for learnings and inspiration
Build clear weekly action plans and reporting dashboards
Help shape the long-term content and brand roadmap
