We're looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you'll primarily support the Managing Director and provide assistance to other senior team members as needed. We're seeking someone with demonstrable experience in a similar fast-paced environment, capable of effectively managing multiple priorities. Your proactive approach, exceptional organisational skills, and commitment to providing outstanding support will be key to your success in this pivotal position. Responsibilities: Comprehensive diary & office management; efficiently manage the Managing Director's schedule, appointments and overall office operations Meeting coordination & support, including venue booking, agenda preparation and managing catering/refreshments Prepare comprehensive board packs, attend meetings to accurately record minutes and ensure timely distribution of minutes and related communications Arrange and coordinate all aspects of travel, transport and accommodation Monitor, sort, prioritise, and respond to the Managing Director's emails as required.
