Your Role
As Head Chef, you will be the creative force behind
our kitchen, driving menus, leading a passionate team, and championing fresh,
seasonal produce from trusted local suppliers.
You will:
* Develop
and execute imaginative menus that balance classic and contemporary style.
* Lead,
inspire, and train a talented brigade with positivity and professionalism.
* Uphold
the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation.
* Work
closely with management to ensure profitability and guest satisfaction.
* Build
relationships with local producers and artisans to showcase the best of
the region.
We are looking for someone who:
* Has
proven experience as a Head or Senior Sous Chef in a similar setting.
* Brings
a strong understanding of seasonal, locally inspired British cuisine.
* Leads
by example, mentoring the team and fostering a positive kitchen culture.
* Is
commercially astute and committed to sustainability and consistency.
