Company Overview: Software Alliance Limited (“SAL”) provides specialist software solutions to the life insurance industry, with a strong focus on financial modelling. As SAL continues through a period of strategic transformation, the business is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead revenue growth, strengthen client relationships, and support the CEO and Executive team in shaping the company’s future direction.
About the role: Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the leadership team, taking responsibility for managing both new business development and existing client accounts. The position offers broad exposure across sales strategy, account management, commercial planning, and operational collaboration within a dynamic SME environment.
What you’ll do:
New & Existing Business Development
* Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities aligned with SAL’s growth strategy
* Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
* Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, maintaining strong long-term partnerships
