what we need |
we are looking for someone with extensive experience in the creative industries with a broad skillset. You have a strong aesthetic and technical know-how, enabling you to provide guidance and set a benchmark for quality
you will work as part of the creative team and be responsible for managing the production budget, schedule, and quality of all the projects under their supervision.
the role will be pivotal in running the creative team projects on a small and mid level size and will be involved in every stage of production, from budget, briefing, connecting hiring key personnel, to overseeing post-production and delivery. you will have a hands on approach to key projects in the calendar but then will work with external agencies and their producers to get the best possible creative work where necessary
what you'll do |
* oversee multiple creative projects, ensuring high-quality output that meets brands standards and is in line with marketing teams expectations and goals.
* Develop and manage budgets
* external agency coordination: partner with external agencies to produce required outputs and maintain strong, effective relationships with them
* freelancer engagement: manage relationships with external freelancers, leveraging their expertise to meet project needs
* collaborate with team: build strong partnerships with the leads to plan projects, manage resources, and set timelines.
* supplier contracts: manage contracts with external suppliers, ensuring compliance and maintaining favourable terms
* evaluation: Generating "lessons learned" and cost reports upon completion of projects to learn and optimize future workflow.
what you'll need |
* proven experience in production management or a similar role, ideally within a creative or marketing environment in the hospitality industry
* knowledge of production processes, creative workflows, and contract negotiation
* excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with internal teams, agencies, and freelancers
* excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to challenges and find creative solutions
* strong project management skills
