Responsibilities
* You will be responsible for managing a caseload of care and public law cases, overseeing the progress of each file from start to finish
* This role involves travel to courts and other offices
* The appointed solicitor will handle cases autonomously, conducting advocacy as required to ensure timely and successful outcomes
* You will be expected to support the more senior members of the team and provide supervision and support to the more junior members
Requirements
* Strong background in public family law
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
