They've built a serious reputation in their category combining deep sector expertise, strong grower relationships, and relentless focus on quality, service and cost control.
Now they need a Commercial Manager who can step in and own, grow and elevate key customer relationships.
The Role
* Take ownership of key retail-facing accounts and product categories
* Build and develop strong, trust-based relationships across customers and growers
* Drive sales, margin and category performance
* Deliver accurate forecasting, pricing and commercial insight
* Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency and innovation across the supply chain
* Work cross-functionally with procurement, supply chain, technical and operations
This is not about maintaining accounts. This is about developing them. Growing them. Owning them.

* Proven commercial experience within fresh produce
* Strong understanding of retail dynamics, supply chains and category management
* Commercially sharp with strong numerical and analytical ability
