Our Llanelli based client has an immediate requirement for an experienced Business Development Representative.
Our established, well respected client was founded in 1989, and is well known to be a leading Business & Technology partner for businesses and organisations of all sizes. With a commitment to helping businesses succeed, they provide comprehensive solutions across IT, Telecoms, Cyber Security, Document Solutions, Office Interiors, and Office Products.
Position Overview:
As a Business Development Representative, you will be a key member of the sales team, playing a pivotal role in generating new business by identifying and qualifying prospects. You’ll work closely with the sales and marketing team to provide a consistent flow of leads into the sales pipeline. This is an exciting role with opportunities for future career progression within the business.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct research to identify prospective clients and understand their needs.
* Engage with potential clients through outbound prospecting, including calls, emails and LinkedIn.
* Qualify leads and ensure they meet the criteria to be a sales qualified lead.
* Schedule meetings for senior sales representatives and ensure they are prepared for discussions with the prospect.
* Build and maintain a steady flow of qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
* Regularly review progress and adjust outreach strategies as needed.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using CRM software.
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company services, and industry trends

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work independently to meet targets.
