As a Security Manager, your main duties and expectations for the role will include: Direct and coordinate the activities of all security personnel Engage in the implementation of safety and security procedures for the department, and provide assistance/advice to other departments in relation to security Organise and conduct 3 monthly Night and GRM Fire training – ensuring all legally required content is included and recorded to hotel standards Coordinate with government and law enforcement agencies as necessary Supporting hotel focus for Health & Safety awareness and compliance, conducting risk assessments You will be required to work such hours as are necessary to fulfil their duties and in any event not less than 40 hours.
