It is advisable to refer to this when submitting your application for the post.Job PurposeTo support family man with care needs and enable him to get out and about.LocationCostessey, Norwich NR8Job DetailsI am a family man living with my wife and 3 children under 16 who requires additional support as I am a wheelchair user who is recovering from a stroke. I have a functional neurological disorder and Fibromyalgia. My PA will be required to assist me with personal care including safe transfers, washing (strip wash or shower) and dressing. I would also like the PA to support me to get out and about and develop social activities/hobbies.Required Characteristics· Flexible and reliable· Active and interested in participating with activities· Experience of working in family environmentAccessibility:Please do not hesitate to inform me if invited to interview if you have access needs (particularly for the interview).
