Key Responsibilities
Positioning & Messaging
* Develop clear, compelling product positioning and messaging
* Create audience‑specific value propositions across key customer groups
* Ensure consistency of product messaging across all channels
Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis
* Conduct competitor analysis, tracking market trends, pricing, and product activity
* Gather and interpret distributor and end‑user feedback
* Build strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
Sales Enablement
* Create sales tools including product guides, pitch materials, and value propositions
* Support the sales team with clear, benefit‑led messaging
* Collaborate closely with commercial stakeholders to ensure launch readiness
Demand Generation & Campaigns
* Plan and deliver campaigns to drive awareness and demand
* Support events, trade shows, and webinars
* Leverage industry channels to expand market reach
Content Development
* Produce engaging content including case studies, guides, and product materials
* Translate technical specifications into customer‑friendly messaging
* Develop proof points and customer success stories
Pricing Strategy
* Support pricing strategy development alongside the commercial team
* Monitor competitor pricing and provide recommendations
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
* Act as the marketing lead for new product development projects
* Lead go‑to‑market planning and product launches
* Work closely with product, sales, and operations teams
* Manage external marketing resources where required
About You
* Proven experience in product marketing or commercial marketing
* Background in B2B, manufacturing, or distribution environments
* Experience developing go‑to‑market strategies and product launches
* Ability to translate technical detail into compelling messaging
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Commercially minded with a data‑driven approach
Desirable:
* Experience working with distributor or channel sales models
* Familiarity with CRM, CMS, and digital marketing tools
