As a Lettings Compliance Administrator, what’s in it for you?
* £25,000 – £27,000 salary dependent on experience

Your role as a Lettings Compliance Administrator:
* Proactively manage the renewal of compliance certificates
* Auditing – making sure all properties have the correct paperwork
* Maintain accurate records – organisation is key
* Liaise with landlords, contractors, and tenants to schedule inspections – building relationships is important!
* Provide compliance guidance and support to the lettings and maintenance teams
* Assist with onboarding new managed properties to ensure we’ve got everything we need
What we’re looking for from a Lettings Compliance Administrator:
* Previous experience in lettings, compliance or property management needed
* Strong communication & people skills
* A proactive, go-getter attitude – someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment
* Solid IT skills & attention to detail
* A well-presented and professional approach
* Punctuality & great organisational skills
* Driving licence and access to own vehicle is essential
