Excellent management and communication skills with your team and front of house are essential.
We seek a chef passionate about cooking great ingredients perfectly, with a menu that changes seasonally and features imaginative specials.
As a Sous Chef, you will step into the Head Chef’s role when they are off, understanding dish costing, and contributing to menu development and daily specials.
You will be part of the management team, participating in weekly management meetings and regular training & inspirational days with our Area Chefs.
