Club Des Sports is located on 21 acres of the grounds of The Park Club Ltd. We are incredibly proud of our facilities - which include multiple 3G pitches for football and rugby, tennis courts, netball courts, cricket nets, dance school and a large indoor dojo. We work with select, specialist partners who provide one to one, group and team coaching for the West London Community. We are currently seeking a part-time Facilities Duty Manager to help us maintain our high standards within our facility.

Facilities Duty Manager (Part Time)
Are you motivated, hands-on, and passionate about creating a welcoming environment? Club des Sports is seeking a **Facilities Duty Manager** to help us keep our premier sports and leisure facilities running smoothly and to the highest standards. About the Role As Facilities Duty Manager, working on a part-time (24 hours per week) basis, you'll play a key role in ensuring our facilities, grounds, and buildings are safe, clean, and welcoming for members, guests, and contractors.
Reporting to the Senior Facilities Manager, you'll lead by example, supporting daily operations while making sure our high standards are always maintained.
What You'll Do:
Take responsibility for opening and closing the site, ensuring everything is safe, secure, and ready for use.
* Oversee the day-to-day upkeep of all facilities, equipment and grounds, carrying out basic site maintenance and reporting issues.
* Ensure all areas are clean, tidy, and in excellent condition.
* Liaise with contractors, staff, and the grounds team to coordinate smooth operations.
* Support the Senior Facilities Manager with administration, training, planning and event coordination.
* Act as a friendly point of contact for members and guests, helping resolve issues and ensuring excellent customer service.
* Monitor health & safety and safeguarding standards, reporting any concerns.
* Lead by example, motivating and supporting the facilities team.Skills & Experience Required
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in a similar facilities based role (for example in a Sports facility, school-based environment or similar).
* A proactive, enthusiastic, and reliable team player with a "can-do" attitude, who is willing to take on physical tasks and maintenance.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* A good understanding of health & safety and safeguarding standards (training will be provided if required).
* A willingness to take on varied tasks, from maintenance and housekeeping to administration and event support.
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of a busy sports and leisure facility.
* Comfortable leasing with the public and dealing with any issues should they arise.
