We believe that exceptional customer service is the key to a great parking experience. As a Valet Parking Customer Service Assistant at Gatwick Airport, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations, assisting our customers, and helping maintain the high standards we are known for.
This is a fixed-term contract, from the April 2026 - 31st October 2026, for our very busy summer season. You'll be working 4 on/4 off (alternating days and nights) from 6am-6pm / 6pm-6am.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Engaging with Customers: Providing top-notch customer service with a smile.
2. Meet and Greet: Providing a safe and efficient driving and parking operation
3. Grounds Maintenance: Keeping the surroundings clean and attractive with tasks like weeding, painting, and cleaning.
4. Safely driving and parking customer vehicles within the Gatwick Airport Estate and designated parking areas
5. Carrying out vehicle inspections before moving vehicles, recording any existing damage where required
6. Regular Foot Patrols: Ensuring the safety and security of the car park.
